Dog Day Care & Boarding
A peaceful, home-from-home experience for dogs who thrive with calm, attentive care.
What Your Dog Can Expect
In Kerry’s care, your dog enjoys a peaceful, steady rhythm to their day. With only a small number of dogs at any one time, the environment stays calm, predictable, and well-supervised — ideal for dogs who thrive with gentle structure and plenty of space to settle.
Long walks on quiet Dartmoor routes, fresh air, and relaxed play with a small, well-matched group give your dog the right mix of exercise and enrichment. Between walks, they can rest comfortably, enjoy companionship, and move around freely in a safe, rural setting that feels like a second home.
Kerry’s focus is simple: to provide a calm, reassuring environment where dogs feel genuinely safe. With consistent routines, thoughtful supervision, and patient handling, she gives each dog the space they need to settle, rest, explore, and enjoy their day.
Kerry brings a calm, steady presence that helps dogs relax almost immediately.
A lifetime spent around dogs — including many who were anxious, reactive or recovering from difficult starts — has taught her how to read subtle cues and respond in a way that feels safe and reassuring.
Your dog isn’t rushed or overstimulated. Instead, they’re met with gentle structure, clear boundaries and patient, positive handling. This combination helps them understand what’s expected, settle into a rhythm and build trust at their own pace.
For you, it means confidence that your dog is cared for by someone who truly understands behaviour, respects their individuality and supports their wellbeing with kindness, attentiveness and good judgement.
Professional Standards
Your Dog’s Safety Comes First
Kerry is fully licensed, insured, and canine first-aid trained, offering care that meets the standards set out in the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. Her home and outdoor spaces are kept secure, clean, and well maintained, with safe crates for transport and careful supervision throughout the day.
Only vaccinated dogs, treated with vet-recommended parasite control, can join day care or boarding. This protects your dog and ensures a healthy, safe environment for every dog in Kerry’s care.
You can feel confident that your dog is looked after with professionalism, responsibility, and genuine dedication to their wellbeing.
